<h3>REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS</h3>

	<li>The Captain must register, and list ALL TEAMMATES during registration</li>

<h2 class="section-header">SECTION 1: MATCH PLAY AND FORMAT</h2>

<h3>EVENT OVERVIEW</h3>
<ul>
	<li>Tilted Thursdays is a Duos Competition (2 players drop per team)</li>
	<li>The competition will be cross-platform operating through EPIC IDs</li>
	<li>Each week will consist of 2 drops per group.</li>
	<li>Groups will have a maximum of 48 teams.</li>
	<li>
		Battle Royale (Build Mode) - Every team plays all other teams in the group each week in a Battle Royale (Build
		Mode) format.
	</li>
	<li>The team with the highest cumulative point total each week will be crowned champion.</li>
</ul>

<h3>POINTS BREAKDOWN</h3>
<ul>
	<li>
		Teams earn Points Per Round (PPR), which accumulate over the 2 drops per night. Teams in each division with the
		highest PPR after both drops will be the champions.
	</li>
	<li>
		Teams can earn PPR in each round by placing as follows:
		<ul>
			<li>Victory Royale: 25 Points</li>
			<li>2nd: 20 Points</li>
			<li>3rd: 16 Points</li>
			<li>4th: 14 Points</li>
			<li>5th: 13 Points</li>
			<li>6th: 12 Points</li>
			<li>7th: 11 Points</li>
			<li>8th: 10 Points</li>
			<li>9th: 9 Points</li>

		Each elimination will earn teams one additional PPR. Each team must submit a time-stamped screenshot with their
		full list of team eliminations to the weekly discord matchup channel in order to earn these points
	</li>
	<li>
		Tiebreakers will be determined in the order presented here: (1) total points scored; (2) total Victory Royales
		in the session; (3) average placement per match in the session; and finally (4) a coin flip
	</li>
	<li>
		The final player alive for a duo should be responsible for screenshotting the kill score for their respective
		team so that total kills can be counted. That image (see example below) will need to be submitted in the score
		report form.
	</li>
</ul>

<h2 class="section-header">SECTION 2: MATCH PROCEDURES</h2>
<h3>MATCH REPORTING</h3>
<ul>
	<li>
		After the matches are played, winning team captains must score report via the Score Report Week # form, which
		will be posted in the General Information → #score-report- channel. Without these reports, scores may not be
		calculated.
	</li>
	<li>
		Note: Please consider screen grabbing the match-up channel shared between teams as well as any final match up
		results as evidence of any misconduct or lack of communication.
	</li>
</ul>

<h3>DAY OF PLAY</h3>
<ul>
	<li>All match-up information should be established within 30 minutes of play time.</li>
	<li>All teams will receive a tournament key code to use via the #fn-announcement channel</li>
	<li>
		Gather all teammates into a lobby and select “Duos”, set “Don’t Fill”, and then select the “Custom Options”. Now
		a window should appear prompting you for a Custom Matchmaking Key. Use the key provided, then press Accept! An
		administrator will start the game when all teams are ready!
	</li>
	<li>
		If a team shows up late to match day, they will be permitted to play any remaining matches, but matches will not
		be held for late arrivals.
	</li>
	<li>2 drops will be conducted each week.</li>
</ul>

<h3>OBSERVERS & COACHES</h3>
<ul>
	<li>
		Only the players who are actively playing and Stay Plugged IN staff or any staff approved by the Stay Plugged IN
		organization will be allowed in a drop.
	</li>
	<li>
		Other players or coaches of a team may not join a lobby
		<ul>
			<li>Players are permitted to share their live gameplay footage with their coach in real-time</li>
		</ul>
	</li>
</ul>

<h3>CONNECTIVITY/PING ISSUES & PLAYER DROPS</h3>
<ul>
	<li>
		Drops cannot be restarted due to player reported ping or connectivity issues due to the nature of Battle
		Royales.
	</li>
	<li>If a player drops due to connectivity issues, the remaining team member can continue to play.</li>
</ul>

<h2 class="section-header">SECTION 3: TEAM ROSTERS</h2>

<h3>TEAM SIZE AND STAND-INS</h3>
<ul>
	<li>Teams will have no less than two (2) and no more than three (3) players</li>
	<li>All teams must assign a captain with the assigned duties directly below</li>
</ul>

<h3>TEAM CAPTAINS</h3>
<ul>
	<li>Every team must assign one captain before the tournament begins</li>
	<li>
		Captains are responsible for the following:
		<ul>
			<li>Checking their team in to every match</li>
			<li>Posting screenshot results in the designated channel</li>
		</ul>
	</li>
</ul>

<h2 class="section-header">SECTION 4: MATCH OBLIGATIONS</h2>
<h3>PUNCTUALITY</h3>
<ul>
	<li>All Players must be in an online party and prepared to join the match by match start time</li>
</ul>

<h3>COMMUNICATIONS</h3>
<ul>
	<li>
		Once a Match has officially begun, communication with anyone not designated as playing within the current Match
		is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification of the Player(s) or Team.
	</li>
	<li>Teams will not be allowed tactical timeouts due to time restraints.</li>
	<li>If an admin is needed please message a Stay Plugged In admin, listed in the Stay Plugged In Academy Server</li>
</ul>

<h3>POST MATCH</h3>
<ul>
	<li>
		After the conclusion of both drops, it will be up to the Captains of each team to submit the score Report Form.
	</li>
	<li>
		Note: Please consider screen grabbing the match-up channel shared between teams as well as any final match up
		results as evidence of any misconduct or lack of communication.
	</li>

<h2 class="section-header">SECTION 5: MATCH DISRUPTIONS/DISPUTES</h2>
<h3>MATCH DISPUTES</h3>
<ul>
	<li>All disputes relating to a match will be handled on a case-by-case basis.</li>
	<li>
		Reach out to a Stay Plugged In Admin via personal discord message if the dispute that needs to be resolved is
		time sensitive. Event admins can be found in the Stay Plugged In Server
	</li>
</ul>

<h3>DISPUTE EVIDENCE</h3>
<ul>
	<li>
		Be prepared to provide a screenshot or video evidence of the dispute to guarantee a timely and accurate decision
	</li>
</ul>

<h3>POWER OF ADMIN</h3>
<ul>
	<li>
		The lead Stay Plugged In administrator will have the sole discretion to make final decisions based on the rules
		outlined in this document
	</li>
</ul>

<h3>CHEATING, GLITCHES, ALTERNATIVE ACCOUNTS</h3>
<ul>
	<li>
		Any cheating, as determined by the Tournament Organizers in their sole discretion, will result in immediate
		disqualification and additional penalties depending on the severity of the infraction
	</li>
	<li>
		In the event of a glitch occurring, the protesting player must submit video evidence of the glitch. Stay Plugged
		In reserves the right to use their discretion on how to enforce any glitch that occurs
	</li>
	<li>
		Players must compete on the accounts they have signed up with. If a player shows up to a lobby with an (Epic /
		Riot / Battle.net / other) ID that is not on the roster, notify an admin immediately. Showing up to a game with
		an ID not listed on the roster may result in a forfeit. If a player has made any changes to their ID notify a
		Stay Plugged In admin so they can update accordingly
	</li>
</ul>

<h3>PERSONAL STREAMING</h3>
<ul>
	<li>All players are welcome to stream their perspective of the event to their personal channels!</li>
	<li>
		Stay Plugged IN admins suggest to use a 5 minute delay when streaming matches so that opponents cannot gain any
		competitive advantage
	</li>
	<li>
		If it is determined that a competitive advantage was gained by using an opponent's personal stream to determine
		opponent positioning or by any other means, we can not and will not hold the accused party guilty for doing so.
		Choosing to stream is at one’s own discretion
	</li>
</ul>

<h2 class="section-header">SECTION 6: CODE OF CONDUCT</h2>
<h3>STAY PLUGGED IN CODE OF CONDUCT</h3>
<p>
	All Players are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship and maintain respect for one another and for all Tournament
	Organizers and spectators. Players must follow all instructions of the Tournament Organizers. Players are expected
	to play at their best at all times within the Tournament and to avoid any behavior inconsistent with the principles
	of good sportsmanship, honesty, or fair play.. Any Player behaving inappropriately, or not competing in compliance
	with these Official Rules (including the Game Play Rules), as determined by the Tournament Organizers in their sole
	discretion, may be immediately disqualified from the Tournament and forfeit all potential prizes. Further, the
	Tournament Organizers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to ban disqualified Players from any future
	tournament or event organized by Tournament Organizers, if deemed necessary.

<h3>PENALTIES BY OFFENSE</h3>
<ul>
	<li>
		No Show to a match
		<ul>
			<li>First Offense - Match forfeiture & verbal warning</li>
			<li>Second Offense - Disqualification & low priority in player matchmaking if applicable</li>
			<li>Third Offense - Kicked from the server</li>
		</ul>
	</li>
	<li>
		Cheating
		<ul>
			<li>
				Any player caught cheating where the instance has been deemed indisputable by a Stay Plugged In admin
				will be banned from any future Stay Plugged IN events
			</li>
		</ul>
	</li>
	<li>
		Toxicity
		<ul>
			<li>
				Any toxicity including but not limited to verbal or physical harassment, excessive swearing or rude
				behavior, name-calling or offensive language toward any teammate, opponent, admin, or any other person
				involved in the event will result in team and/or player disqualification. The lead admin reserves the
				right to make the final decision determining whether or not a player’s actions falls under this ruling.
			</li>
		</ul>
	</li>
	<li>
		Offensive or Inappropriate In-Game Name
		<ul>
			<li>Player must change their name in order to proceed in the tournament</li>
			<li>
				Failure to change an in-game name despite request to do so by lead administrator will result in
				disqualification, being blacklisted, & low priority in player matchmaking for the next event
			</li>
			<li>
				A second Offense in regards to the previous rule (b) will result in a ban from the server and all future
				events
			</li>
		</ul>
	</li>
</ul>

<h3>PLAYER RELEASE</h3>
<p>
	By participating in the Tournament, each Player hereby irrevocably grants the Tournament Entities and each of their
	respective licensees, successors and assigns, permission to stream, film, photograph and record the Player’s
	performance in the Tournament itself and in other Tournament-related activities, including the Player’s name, User
	Name, Team name and logo, avatar, gamertag or equivalent, voice, statements, likeness and other personal
	characteristics, information and so-called publicity rights as they appear therein (collectively, the “Appearance”)
	and the right, but not the obligation, to distribute, exploit or otherwise use such Appearance, in whole or in part,
	in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the Universe in perpetuity for any purpose,
	including but not limited to, to advertise, market and promote the Tournament, the Tournament Website, the Title
	Game, the Tournament Entities and future tournaments.
</p>
