IU East offers in-state tuition to Ohio residents in the following counties: Allen, Auglaize, Butler, Darke, Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Mercer, Paulding, Preble, Putnam, Shelby, Van Wert, Williams IU East also provides a special tuition rate to Illinois, Michigan, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
